- NTU Hsin-Chu Hospital, Hsinchu MacKay, Ton Yen General Hospital, China Medical University Hospital:
- From March 20, go to the NYCU portal→ NYCU → Academic Affairs Office → health management system to register.
The basic personal information of the online registration of the health protection team is only provided to the inspected hospital for medical business needs, such as making reports, mailing special inspection precautions and physical examination reports, etc., and fulfilling the obligation of confidentiality according to laws and regulations.
