▉ Dormitory repair

If you need to report a repair to the dormitory equipment or common areas, you can access the system through the "Dormitory Application Management" system (please refer to the diagram below for the procedure of reporting a repair to the dormitory), not the repair area in the Yang Ming entrance.2.
However, if a student is not in the dormitory and has given permission for the vendor to enter the room for repairs, the dormitory counsellor will accompany the student to the room.3.
The following are the channels for reporting repairs.

Repair steps: when applying for repair, please prepare and inform the customer service staff of the following information in advance

Circuit number: 288-y ○○○○○○○ (there is a white box on each table with a row of numbers on it).2.
HN account number: 768 ○○○○○ (please search the black box on the bed table first, with a row of numbers on it).3.
The location is "Yangming University ○ ○ ○ ○ ○ ○ dormitory ○ bed".4.
Please leave your personal contact number and inform the customer service personnel to facilitate the maintenance personnel to contact.5.
If students cannot wait for maintenance personnel in the dormitory room for some reason, we can know that the dormitory instructor will help open the door and let the manufacturer enter the room for maintenance.Other network repair notices:
