▉ Dormitory repair

If you need to report a repair to the dormitory equipment or common areas, you can access the system through the "Dormitory Application Management" system (please refer to the diagram below for the procedure of reporting a repair to the dormitory), not the repair area in the Yang Ming entrance.2.
However, if a student is not in the dormitory and has given permission for the vendor to enter the room for repairs, the dormitory counsellor will accompany the student to the room.3.

- Repair Reporting Steps: Please log in to the NYCU Portal / IT Service Tracking System. Enter the incident name, incident description, incident category, and other required information, then submit it. The IT Service Center will manage the repair process.
- For Network Consultation Services: During office hours (8 AM to 5 PM), please call 02-2826-7000, extension 123.
▉ Washing machine repair
- If there is any doubt about the washing machine, you can call the Dormitory Management Office at 62335, 62336 (dorm 5),or contact Laundry Service Provider directly.
