Guidance of Forbidding Beds Commerce

Dear Students,
If you are reported to do a bed commerce and that it is authentic after verifying, you will be subjected to penalty according to the University Policy.  Reporting violation, please call at Ext. 31496 or dial 572-0601 or through the e-mail.   

Please refer to the Student Accommodation Policy for more details.
Five. Rules governing students while in the dorms:
X.    One who—
(1)has kept an opposite sex to stay or take shower without approval
(2)has transferred bed without approval
(3)has taken over a bed without approval
(4)has lodged or occupied a dorm room without being allocated one.

Such student shall be deprived of the rights to apply for lodging and the rights to lodge and the paid and unused dorm fee shall not be refunded. Meanwhile he/she shall be subjected to penalty according to the Student Disciplinary Policy and Student Dorm Agreement.

 XI. Advertising for a bed commerce and transference of the residence privilege are prohibited.

 XII  A student who violates the Student Accommodation Policy in a gross offense shall be deprived of the right of lodging as resolved by the Student Dorm Committee, and his/her guardian (a parent with legal custody) will be notified as well.

Article XI. If any lessee is in violation of the following conduct, his/ her right to the dormitory and eligibility of housing will be cancelled once found and the paid dormitory fee will not be refunded.

1.Person whose gender is opposite to the lessee stays or showers in the leased dormitory without permission. Fine thereof will be NTD 3,000;

2.Assigning bedroom to others without permission. Fine thereof will be three times of the dormitory fee;

3.Replacing another student’s bedroom without permission, Fine thereof will be double of the dormitory fee;

4.Students are ineligible for residence privileges, or to stay visitors overnight unauthorized will be charged on a daily basis commence on the move-in date to the end.  Fine will be up to double of the residence rate for the one semester of the academic year.
