Please electronically sign up online within one month since the day you move in.  Your residence authorization will be cancelled with no refund if the action is later than the period you are requested.

The housing term will take effect since you are given the key to your residence.  And the term will be invalid/terminated on the day you return the key to the residence office.  The agreement is not required to sign again even if you have done a room change.
