Hereby is the revised notice of the housing privilege for the upcoming 2024 academic year. Please read the following descriptions carefully.
For current graduate students residing on campus who fall under the following descriptions:
- Master's program students entering the 3rd year (and beyond) of study for AY2024/25
- PhD program students entering the 3rd year (and beyond) of study for AY2024/25
The housing privileges for the above-mentioned students will be terminated on June 26, 2024. Please make sure to complete the check-out process from the dormitories by noon on June 26, 2024.
For other graduate program students, eligibility for priority residence applications are as follows:

A housing application survey for the 2024 academic year will be sent via email in English language by early March. Please stay attentive to subsequent information from Housing Center II to ensure your housing privilege.
