A/C Reader Electricity Rate Resetting
The price of electricity has gone up by 15%, announced by Taiwan Power Company on July 1, 2022. To follow the rise of energy cost for the operation of the dormitories, we have assessed and decided to increase the electricity rate for A/C from NT$3.8/kWh to NT$4.4/kWh, meaning increased by $0.6/kWh, effective at the beginning of next year in 2023.
Therefore, starting from Jan. 1st until Jan. 15th, 2023, the dorm managers will get in each room for resetting the A/C rate on the A/C readers. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
Note:
The adjustment of increasing the electricity price has been resolved and implemented in the Meeting of the Student Dorm Committee.
