National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University “Discover a New Campus Horizon” Photography Contest Prospectus
 

To facilitate visits and explorations of the unique culture and scenic beauty of school campus across counties/cities.
 

Under the theme “Discovering a New Horizons at Yang Ming Chiao Tung University” participants are encouraged to capture the natural landscapes, cultural nuances, event documentation, and iconic landmarks of our university's six campuses, including Guangfu Campus, Yangming Campus, Boai Campus, Liujia Campus, Gueiren Campus, and Beimen Campus．Entries can encompass (but not limited to) people, events, or objects, and should be recognizable in terms of their shooting location.
 

Eligibility: All current enrolled students
 

Host / Executing Organization: Office of Student Affairs / Division of Extracurricular Activities
 

Submission Guidelines:
1.  Submission Period: From Oct. 2, 2023 to Dec. 15, 2023
2.  Registration Method: Online registration. Please ensure that all fields in the registration form are accurately filled out. Incomplete or improperly filled-out forms will not be accepted. After the registration committee reviews the entries and information, participants will be notified via email whether their registration is successful.
 

Awards:
Including Gold, Silver, Bronze, Honorable Mention, and  Popularity awards, with the following prize amounts:
1.Gold Award: 1 winner, each receiving NT$5,000 and a trophy.
2.Silver Award: 1 winner, each receiving NT$3,000 and a trophy.
3.Bronze Award: 1 winner, each receiving NT$2,000 and a trophy.
4.Honorable Mention: Multiple winners, each receiving NT$500 and a certificate.
5.Popularity Award: 3 winners, each receiving NT$1,000 and a certificate;   eligibility for this award may overlap with the above four awards.
 

Award Ceremony and Exhibition:
1. Award Ceremony Date: Feb. 23, 2024.
2. Exhibition Duration and Locations: From Feb. 23, 2024 to Mar. 20, 2024
    Guangfu Campus: Salon Space 1001
    Yangming Campus: Auditorium and Activity Center
