Explanation of matters related to early relocation from the dormitory for those who have not applied for summer accommodation
- If you have not applied for summer accommodation, you can start the process of moving out in advance (the deadline for moving out is June 18th). If you are unable to move out on June 18th due to national exams, please move out before the power outage in the dormitory area on June 20th and inform the dormitory counselors in advance. For male and female dormitories one to three, please call extension 62316 or 62317 at 02-2826-7000. For male and female dormitory five, please call extension 62335 or 62336.
- Things to be done before moving out: (1) Starting from today, you can contact the residential counselors (for male and female dormitories one, two, three, please contact male dormitory three B1, and for male and female dormitory five, please contact male dormitory five 1st floor) to obtain an electricity bill or pay the electricity fee through the Yuanta Bank comprehensive collection website for students from June 9th onwards. The password is the last 5 digits of your ID card number for local students or the last 5 digits of your residence permit number for foreign students. (2) Clean and tidy up the room, make sure it is empty, and ensure that the room's facilities are returned to their original state. (3) Between 1:30 PM and 9:30 PM, go to the office of the dormitory counselor in each dormitory (for male and female dormitories one to three, please go to male dormitory three B1, contact number 02-2826-7000, extension 62316 or 62317; for male and female dormitory five, please go to male dormitory five 1st floor, contact number 02-2826-7000, extension 62335 or 62336) to provide the receipt or proof of payment for the electricity fee, return the room key, and receive the key deposit.
- <Friendly reminder> Those who fail to move out on time will cause inconvenience to other students who are moving in later. In addition, according to Article 7, Paragraph 5 of the dormitory management regulations of our school's Yangming Campus, a daily fine of NT$300 will be imposed for overdue move-outs. Those who exceed 5 days of overdue will have their access rights cancelled by the authorities, and the bed will be forcibly cleared without any responsibility for safekeeping, and their accommodation qualification will be canceled for one year. However, those who are unable to move out on June 18th due to national exams are exempted from this limitation, but please still move out before June 20th. Thank you.
- Due to the current peak period of Type A influenza, parents who enter the dormitory to assist in moving out are reminded to wear masks.
- Additional instructions regarding changing accommodation for those who have summer accommodation will be announced separately.
