EY team is dedicated to developing new global sustainability solutions for clients, aiming to help them capitalize on business opportunities arising from sustainability and decarbonization while creating value. We assist clients in integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into their broader strategies.
【Job Titles】Sustainability Intern, Sustainability Consultant/Senior Consultant (Full-time)
【Job Descriptions】
1. Assist in preparing proposal presentations and sustainability training materials.
2. Assist companies in formulating sustainability strategies, optimizing existing sustainability management organizations and mechanisms, and establishing a sustainability culture.
3. Assist companies in developing ESG brand strategies and connecting them with relevant affairs.
4. Assist clients in implementing various international standards, including GRI, TCFD, SASB, RBA, SBTi, Equator Principles, Principles for Responsible Investment, Principles for Sustainable Insurance, Principles for Responsible Banking, and Stewardship Principles for Institutional Investors.
5. Assist companies in establishing sustainable supply chains and optimizing related ESG management procedures.
6. Assist companies in preparing Sustainability Reports (ESG Reports).
7. Other tasks: - Participate in new service development. - Utilize new tools to research methodologies, continuously learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members, and optimize service efficiency and processes. - Departmental administration and marketing activities.
8. Service areas include: - TCFD, SASB, Carbon Strategy Analysis, CDP, Sustainable Supply Chain, TNFD, SROI, EcoVadis, Human Rights Due Diligence, PRI, PSI, PRB, DJSI, MSCI. - Environment, energy, and climate-related ISO or management systems, SBTi, internal carbon pricing. - Sustainability services: ESG Reports, sustainability training, establishment of sustainability committees, external board performance evaluation, and other sustainability strategy services.
9. Assist in providing assurance on the audit or review of non-historical financial information.
【Qualifications】
1. Possess team spirit and good communication skills; have enthusiasm for sustainability/ESG issues; be proactive, efficient, and able to work independently.
2. Familiar with or willing to develop content related to corporate sustainability optimization.
3. Familiar with or willing to develop research on regulations and trends in corporate renewable energy.
4. Good project management skills.
5. Proficient in information gathering and analysis, with the ability to write high-quality reports.
- Candidates with the following experience are preferred:
* Experience, enthusiasm, and sensitivity towards climate-related financial disclosures, SBTi, carbon and energy resource management, corporate ESG risk management, financial impact assessment of corporate environmental issues, international supply chain procurement or auditing practices.
* Experience in conducting corporate management analysis, market analysis, brand strategy, and risk analysis projects.
* Relevant certifications in TCFD, environment, energy resources, climate-related ISO or management systems.
【Salary & Benefits】Intern $205/hr, Consultant NTD 40,000+, Senior Consultant negotiable.
