From general mechanical engineering to bioprocess engineering, from energy technology to applied materials science, from food technology to automotive engineering and from lightweight textile construction to aerospace. It is not for nothing that Saxony is known as a hotbed of engineering. Around 35% of students are enrolled in engineering subjects. At the Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering of the TUD alone, there are over 3000!
