Ⅰ. 

Features
  1. Graduate Dormitory 3 is a green energy smart building.  Each room is equipped with internet access.  The rooms in the north building offer WiFi and IoT smart appliances which allow you to control your devices such as air-conditioning and washing machine with one simple APP.
  2. Each bedroom suite includes one shower room and with a balcony.
  3. There are common areas, laundries and simple kitchens in the dormitory and high-class restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops on the 1st Basement.
  4. Current resident students at this dormitory have priority to apply to be able to stay at the current residence accommodation for the new academic year.
  5. The electricity in each room is provided only by inserting an electricity prepaid card.  The electricity in each room is 220v except it is 110v for the outlets.

Ⅱ. 

 Rules
  1. The accommodation rule for G3 is amended as follows--
    <Original> All resident students in G3 (Graduate Dormitory 3) are allowed to stay consecutively until graduation.
    <Amended> Starting from the 2025 academic year, the rules about the housing period for living in G3 will be consistent with that of the general dormitories, refer to the Students Accommodation Policy.  And the adoption of this new amendment will not be retroactive to those currently residing in G3.
  2. Freshmen and in-service students are not allowed to apply for this dormitory.
  3. A disciplinary student who wants to apply for this dormitory is on a space-available basis and the period of his/her staying is for the academic year only.

Ⅲ. 

Charge
  1. Dormitory fee is charged on a semester (5 months) basis and the bill will go along with the registration bill. Summer housing fee (2 months) will be charged separately.

Ⅳ. 

Withdrawal
  1. A student who is assigned a bed at Graduate Dormitory 3 should decline housing if he/she can not be in residence within 14 days from the date of the allocation issued.  Otherwise it will be regarded as an “occupied residence”.  Cancellation requests beyond the day limit as mentioned above will be regarded as breaking the agreement and he/she will be charged one month of the residence fee for the breach.  Withdrawal from lodging during the middle of a semester, one should also pay the breach fee.  Additionally, the paid full residence fee can be refunded on a pro-rata basis, in accordance with the Student Withdrawal Refund Regulations.
  2. Withdrawal from lodging due to graduation, suspension or withdrawal from the University in the middle of a semester will be charged one month of the residence fee for the breach, and the paid full residence fee can be refunded on a pro-rata basis, in accordance with the Student Withdrawal Refund Regulations.
  3. The residence accommodation must be left in a clean state and the residence facilities must be verified in good condition to determine as complete the housing checkout procedure.
