  1. All students who move in and out of our halls of residence are required to move in or out.
  2. Those who are still living in their original dormitories during the summer or after the end of the semester must also apply for moving in and out.
Please refer to the following link for more information on the procedures and timetables for moving out/in. For further details, please contact our counsellors at 62316, 62317 (Male and Female Halls 1 to 3) and 62335, 62336 (Male and Female Halls 5).
  1. first year students: Please follow the instructions of the on-site supervisor to park your vehicle.
  2. Men's House 1, Men's House 3, Women's House 1 and Women's House 2: Parking is available in front of the dormitories, but as the four dormitories are located in a hilly hinterland with limited parking space, use less crowded periods to move your vehicle in and out.
  3. Men's House 5 and Women's House 5: Parking bays are available in front of the halls of residence. Please follow the same route to leave the halls of residence after loading and unloading your belongings.
  4. Parking fees will be waived during the scheduled move-in and move-out periods (25 June to 28 June, 31 July to 1 August, 26 to 29 August and 3 to 4 in 111).
If you have not applied for a summer residence, you are not allowed to leave your personal belongings in your room, regardless of whether you have been allocated a dormitory bed for the next semester. Offenders will be dealt with by the Residential Services Section in accordance with the Hall Management Regulations and the Hall Regulations.
