Please turn off all electric switches for Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction reasons.
Also make sure to secure your personal belongings.

 
Ⅰ.The 2023 Academic Year Residents Moving Out
  1. Date/Time
    • (1)End their 2023 academic housing period: June 26 (Wed) before 12:00 p.m.
    • (2)Continuing the 2024 summer housing: June 27 (Thu) before 12:00 p.m.
    • Failure to move out from the residences will be fined NT$1000 per day.
  2. The IC cards, keys and A/C remote controllers must be returned, or you will be charged for the loss or late return as follows–
    • (1)For the loss of the IC card NT$200, Key NT$300, A/C remote controller NT$500.
    • (2)Late return of the items above, the penalty is NT$500 per day.
  3. Residents’ belongings must be removed from the residence facilities (including clear any kinds of objects stuck on the door), or you will be fined as follows—
    • (1)Failure to clean out the room (including any objects stuck on the door) NT$1,000
    • (2)Failure to remove the puzzle floor mats NT$5,000
    • (3)Damaged air-conditioner NT$10,000
Ⅱ.Summer Housing Residents Moving in
  1. Date/Time : after noon, June 27 (Thu)
  2. You can move into your accommodation one day ahead (no additional charge) if the next space you are assigned to is already empty, based on the specified move-in date for summer housing issued by the Housing Center.  Residents moving in early beyond the situation stated above will be charged the housing fee of NT$200 daily (excluding who live at G3).
  3. If you have not yet applied for summer housing, or made the payment for the summer housing fee, you cannot settle your belongings in the accommodation room, but you can request storage from the dorm managers to temporarily place your stuff (there's no storage available at G3).
  4. You will be given the key, or an A/C remote controller to your accommodation room by the dorm managers.
  5. If you would like to cancel your summer housing, please file in person at the Housing Center by June 26 (Wed).  Failure to complete the cancellation procedure will result in being charged the summer housing fee, no matter whether you are residing in it or not.
Ⅲ.Other Remarks
Motorcycles are allowed to ride into the campus from 8:00am to 5:00pm (speed limit up to 20km/hr.) between June 26 (Wed) and June 28 (Fri).  The main door at each dormitory will be open from 8:00am to 17:00pm during the move-out/in period.
