Highly competitive compensation package, including housing allowances, medical<br />\r\nbenefits, performance bonuses, shift and overtime pay.<br />\r\nYour Career<br />\r\nAs the Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Speech Therapist with PeopleSolve, a<br />\r\nsubsidiary of the Raffles Medical Group, you will ensure accurate patient documentation,<br />\r\nrecords, and data to reflect treatment provided and meet standards. Your role involves<br />\r\nproviding clinical assessment, analysis and provision of clinical diagnosis for patients to<br />\r\ndetermine their need for intervention within a specialist area.<br />\r\nThis role is based in Singapore and you will be hired in one of our healthcare facilities, based<br />\r\nin Singapore.<br />\r\nYour Role<br />\r\n1. Document patient records with full accuracy.<br />\r\n2. Utilize evidence-based practice to plan, implement, evaluate, treat, and advance patient<br />\r\ncare to improve health status.<br />\r\n3. Formulate appropriate treatment plans and works collaboratively with a<br />\r\nmultidisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality care for patients.<br />\r\n4. Communicate and make recommendations to all relevant disciplines of staff to<br />\r\nmaximize patient care.<br />\r\nYour Experience<br />\r\n1. 3+ years of relevant experience, locally or abroad, as a therapist.<br />\r\n2. Track record in supporting patients and helping others to improve their health.<br />\r\n3. Good academic background.<br />\r\n4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.<br />\r\n5. Ability to work in Singapore.<br />\r\n6. Good proficiency in the English language (speaking and writing); other languages a plus.<br />\r\n7. Graduate with a Degree in Physiotherapy / Degree in Occupational Therapy / Degree in<br />\r\nSpeech and Language Pathology or equivalent.<br />\r\n8. Fresh graduates with good academic results are welcomed to apply as well.<br />\r\n9.
