Final invitations and detailed arrangements will be sent via email by 18:00 on June 2 (Mon).
If selected participants do not confirm attendance by 18:00 on June 3 (Tue), their spot will be given to someone on the waitlist. Final participants will be confirmed by June 6 (Fri).
