“See You, Hear You, Build a Better NYCU Together” — Appointment with the President
If NYCU has a landmark, it must be Jun-Jian Rock.
If NYCU has a signature event, it must be Appointment with the President!
This is not just a conversation with the President—it is also a public space where students’ voices are heard.
In the Hilltop Lobby, we invite you to share your expectations for NYCU and your thoughts on campus life. Whether it’s about courses, student rights, club activities, or the campus environment, this is the place to raise them.
The President will be present to listen to students’ concerns, share his vision for the university’s development, and engage in two-way dialogue. This event is not only about students being “taken care of,” but also about actively participating in campus governance and co-creating the future of our university.
Bring your experiences, questions, and passion, and join the discussion!

This event is designed to enhance interaction and dialogue between students and faculty. Through group discussions, topic exploration, and face-to-face conversation, students can gain a deeper understanding of campus affairs while faculty members hear students’ voices and respond directly.
