Health Center Services

1. 

Medical outpatient clinic (outpatient service time inquiry hotline: 51103)

2. 

Simple height, weight, vision, blood pressure, body fat detector, blood sugar detection

3. 

Simple trauma and physical discomfort treatment: professional services such as assessment, observation bed rest, injury care, health education consultation, referral, etc.

4. 

Borrowing of medical items, including: crutches, wheelchairs, ice packs, heat packs, etc.
a. When borrowing, you need to bring your certificate; the unit of borrowing is 2 weeks, which can be advanced or extended.
b. For the use of crutches, please see crutches education information above. 
    The rules for borrowing first aid kits are as follows:
(1) The borrower must have a first aid or wound care related training certificate (ex: BLS, ACLS, EMT1, etc.) before he or she can borrow a first aid kit.
(2) When borrowing, we need to keep your ID and you will need to fill in the borrowing registration form.
(3) 
The borrowing period is one week, and the certificate will be returned when returning.
c. If the first aid kit is lost or non-consumable equipment is lost or damaged, compensation must be paid according to the price.

Clinic Instructions: Common colds can be treated by each physicians.
 
113 Physician Outpatient Form (Monday & Tuesday afternoon)

Procedures: Directly register and wait for the doctor.
Fees: $100NT per visit .
Receive medicine: According to the pharmacist law, the prescription must be delivered to the pharmacy for dispensing, and you need to receive the medicine according to the specified time after seeing the doctor; 
12:30~1:00p.m.  4:30~5:00p.m.

Warnings of taking medicine
  1. Return to the clinic on time and pay attention to the doctor’s instructions, neither increase nor decrease the dose of medicine; stopping drug is also not allowed.
  2. Do not lend your medicine to others.
  3. Tell the doctor actively if one is taking other kinds of medicine or is suffering from other diseases.
  4. One should take medicine immediately if forgetting, but need not to take medicine if it is close to the next time of taking medicine.( DO NOT take double dose of medicine at one time.)
  5. Medicine is not allowed to take with milk, juice, and alcohol beverages in case of the interactions.
  6. If having the plan of pregnancy or is during pragnancy, breast feeding, drug allergy(especially oral medicine for diabetes, kinds of sulfa or thiazide medicine), food allergy or preparing for the surgery(even if it is an dental surgery )or there is any discomfort after taking medicine, one should tell the doctor actively during the consultation.

Injury treatment service hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.
Please call: 03-5731906 during working hours for emergency medical treatment, and the doctor (depending on the situation) and nursing staff will be on site to deal with it.

Other health services:
The health center sets up simple first aid kits in laboratories and departments, and regularly replaces expired medical supplies in order to provide all staff, teachers and students for emergency.
