住宿服務組推出「校外賃居安全 AI 自我檢視服務」，只要花約 1 分鐘填寫表單，就可以快速檢視消防、用電、逃生通道、熱水器及門禁等安全項目。
填答完成後，系統會依您的填答內容，自動寄送「校外賃居安全 AI 初步檢視結果」至您的電子信箱，協助您了解哪些項目初步符合檢核建議，哪些項目可能需要再確認或改善。
本服務提供租屋安全自我檢核及改善參考，並非實地訪視、建築物安全鑑定或法律判斷。如對租屋處安全有疑慮，建議儘速與房東或管理人確認，也可以聯繫住宿服務組尋求協助。

Take 1 Minute to Check Your Rental Housing Safety
Want to know whether your rental home is safe and comfortable?
The Housing Center has launched the “AI Self-Check Service for Off-Campus Rental Housing Safety.” It only takes about one minute to complete the form and quickly review key safety items such as fire safety, electricity, escape routes, water heaters, and access control.
After you submit the form, the system will automatically send an “AI Preliminary Review Result for Off-Campus Rental Housing Safety” to your email address, helping you understand which items preliminarily meet the suggested conditions and which items may require further confirmation or improvement.
This service is provided for rental housing safety self-checking and improvement reference only. It is not an on-site inspection, building safety assessment, or legal judgment. If you have concerns about your rental housing safety, please contact your landlord or building manager for confirmation, or contact the Housing Center for assistance.
