租屋糾紛法律諮詢資源介紹

在外租屋的你們，是不是偶爾會遇到一些讓人頭痛的租屋問題呢？
像是房東突然要求提前解約，或是押金被無理苛扣等等，這些狀況真的會讓人超級困擾，不知道該怎麼辦才好。
好消息來啦！內政部貼心地為大家準備了一項超棒的服務，那就是免費的租屋糾紛法律諮詢！
以後如果遇到租屋上的法律問題，別再自己悶著煩惱了！只要拿起手機，
直撥法扶基金會的「住宅租賃糾紛諮詢專線」02-412-8518 轉2再轉6 ，就會有專業的律師為你提供諮詢服務。
這個專線的服務時間是 週一到週五的上午9:00-12:30，以及下午1:30-5:00。
律師們會提供相關的法律諮詢和意見，幫助大家維護自己的合法租屋權益，讓你在外租屋也能住得安心又開心！

Have you ever run into frustrating rental problems while living off-campus?
For example, a landlord suddenly demanding early termination of the lease, or unfair deductions from your security deposit—these situations can be really stressful, leaving you unsure of what to do.
Good news! The Ministry of the Interior has prepared a great service just for you—free legal consultation for rental disputes!
From now on, if you face any legal issues related to renting, don’t worry alone. Simply pick up your phone and dial the Legal Aid Foundation’s Rental Dispute Consultation Hotline: 02-412-8518 (press 2, then 6), and a professional lawyer will provide you with advice.
The hotline service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–12:30 in the morning, and 1:30–5:00 in the afternoon.
Lawyers will offer legal consultation and guidance to help you protect your rights as a tenant, so you can feel secure and happy in your rental housing.
