宿舍區防颱安全提醒
親愛的舍民您好：
中央氣象署預報，颱風「鳳凰」來襲。為維護住宿安全，請同學們提前做好防颱準備，並持續留意最新氣象資訊及停班停課公告。
防颱期間注意事項
- 關閉門窗
請確認寢室門窗緊閉，避免強風吹入或雨水灌入。
- 收妥室外物品
請將晾曬衣物、鞋子、瓶罐、盆栽及陽臺或窗外可移動物品收回室內，以防被風吹落造成危險。
- 避免外出
颱風期間盡量留在室內，避免前往海邊、河邊或山區活動。若必須外出，請注意風勢與降雨變化，並隨身攜帶雨具。
- 防範積水與漏水
如發現走廊、樓梯或寢室有滲水、積水情形，請立即通報管理室或登入宿舍系統報修 。
- 關注公告訊息
請持續留意學校/宿舍公告及各項氣象警報、停班停課資訊，並配合宿舍防颱措施。

According to the Central Weather Administration, Typhoon Fung-wong is approaching Taiwan.
To ensure your safety during the typhoon period, please make necessary preparations in advance and stay updated on the latest weather forecasts and any class or work suspension announcements.
Safety Precautions During the Typhoon
Close all windows and doors
Please make sure all windows and doors in your room are securely closed to prevent strong wind or rain from entering.
Bring in outdoor items
Bring in any clothes, shoes, bottles, flowerpots, or other movable items from balconies or window areas to avoid them being blown away by the wind.
Avoid going outdoors
Stay indoors as much as possible during the typhoon. Avoid visiting coastal areas, riversides, or mountains.
If you must go outside, please be cautious of strong wind and heavy rain, and carry an umbrella or raincoat.
Watch for flooding or water leakage
If you notice any water leakage or flooding in your room, corridor, or stairway, please report it to the dormitory office immediately or submit a repair request through the dorm system.
Stay updated with announcements
Please pay attention to official school and dormitory announcements, weather alerts, and suspension notices, and follow all dormitory safety instructions during the typhoon.
