- 租屋糾紛法律諮詢：內政部自8月1日起開辦免費提供租屋糾紛法律諮詢服務，同學如果遇到對不合理要求提前解約、苛扣押金等租屋法律問題時，可市話直撥法扶基金會「住宅租賃糾紛諮詢專線」412-8518(手機加02，撥通後轉2再轉6)，服務時間為週一至週五上午9:00-12:30、下午1:30-5:00，將由專業律師提供相關的法律諮詢或意見，協助維護自身合法租屋權益
- 崔媽媽基金會租屋糾紛諮詢：提供租屋前的租約審閱及簽約後的租屋法律諮詢服務，需先登記預約。

- Legal Consultation for Rental Disputes--Starting August 1, the Ministry of the Interior offers free legal consultation services for rental disputes.If you encounter issues such as unreasonable early termination demands or unfair deposit deductions, you may call the Legal Aid Foundation’s “Rental Dispute Consultation Hotline”: 412-8518 (for mobile phones, dial +02, then press 2 → 6).Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–12:30 and 13:30–17:00.Professional lawyers will provide legal advice and assistance to help protect your legitimate housing rights.
- Tsuei Ma Ma Foundation Rental Dispute Consultation:Provides lease review services before signing and legal consultation for rental issues after signing. Advance registration and appointment are required.
